1. Items are shipped from china. We will send the parcel by China Post Air Mail(Under the 6 Lbs) or express shipping(Above the 6 Lbs).most of country will arrived the parcel in 15-25 business days(The express nearlly 5-12 Business days). Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 30 business days.Please contact us within a month if the item is not arrived.
